Baked Tofu spiced with Old Bay Seasonings


I've been using this recipe for baked tofu even before my vegan days. It takes 3 minutes to prepare then just pop in the oven and wait for a delectable surprise.

Steps:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cut extra-firm tofu into 1/2 inch pieces (if you want a less crunchy texture cut thicker pieces)
  3. Oil a pan with olive oil
  4. Place tofu in pan
  5. Put Old Bay Seasoning evenly over tofu, enough to visibly see it.
  6. Cover and bake for about 30-45 minutes or until the edges are light brown
  7. Enjoy the spicy awesome-ness
